1. Troy has the best demo’s, the best staff and is the friendliest place to shop for skis in Vail. Go nowhere else if you are a rippin’ skier and want only the best gear.

2. Thank you so much! We’d had our skis tuned in LA before we came to Vail. The guys in LA did a great job, but unfortunately the job they did wasn’t the right one for CO snow.

   Troy discussed with us what our concerns were, recommended a re-tune/wax, but didn’t push at all.

   It was the best decision we made, other than coming to Vail in the first place. Our 2nd day was close to perfect and properly tuned equipment made all the difference.

3. I have been going to Troy’s for about 6 years for Demo Rentals whenever I go to Vail, which is about 3 times per winter. They and far and away the best, most friendly and efficient shop I have ever used. I have been skiing for almost 40 years and never found anyone better. I bring all my friends and recommend them to everyone I know who goes to Vail. I recommend them highly. You will never be disappointed.

4. We have been using Troy’s ski shop for several years now and they are simply the best ski shop in Vail. Their demos are new, and they always recommend the right skis for the conditions. The customer service is first class. They are speedy and helpful. Someone is always waiting on the step at the end of the day to grab your skis. They also rent boots which fit perfectly. I delayed buying my own boots because the rental ones are so good. Troy’s ski shop is simply the best place to rent skis in vail. I send all my friends there now. You will not be disappointed.

5. Troy and the shop crew are the best. Their customer services is top notch. Each day I was greeted by name and with a smile. The equipment is new. I had multiple choices to fit me and they took their time assisting me. This is not one size fits all. My boots were the best rentals I have ever had. It is simply the best place to go in Vail for your rentals. They also have a nice selection of helmets, gloves, hats. I highly recommend Troy’s!

6. We’ve been happy with Troy’s Ski Shop for at least 6 or 7 years and our most recent experience confirms again that’s where you want to do business in Vail. Leaving your skis and boots there until you ski again is great and the entire crew is knowkedgeable and very friendly and pleasant.
   You can’t go wrong as evidenced by our family of five with all different skill levels and demands.

7. This summer I had the pleasure of renting two 29ers for all mountain adventures, and a downhill bike. Troy, Paul, and Wally provided excellent service making my first summer trip to Vail, and exposure to mountain biking, one of the greatest trips I have ever taken. Service and the quality of the bikes was exceptional.

14. The entire team rocks. Friendly, knowledgeable with great selection of new demo equipment at reasonable rates. Great location to get on and off mountain quickly. They hit all the boxes!!
    No downside and after my last set of skis left me, began demoing with Troys. Have never gone back to ski purchasing and shlepping on planes and cabs.
