They and far and away the best, most friendly and efficient shop I have ever used. I have been skiing for almost 40 years and never found anyone better. I bring all my friends and recommend them to everyone I know who goes to Vail. I recommend them highly. You will never be disappointed. I have been going to Troy’s for about 6 years for Demo Rentals whenever I go to Vail, which is about 3 times per winter. We'd had our skis tuned in LA before we came to Vail. The guys in LA did a great job, but unfortunately the job they did wasn't the right one for CO snow. Troy discussed with us what our concerns were, recommended a re-tune/wax, but didn't push at all. It was the best decision we made, other than coming to Vail in the first place.
